Yes, we have a 100% happiness guarantee return or exchange policy for all of our Bon Vivant & LENSRXLAB eyewear, so we are happy to exchange your frames for a different pair if you aren’t satisfied. However, we recommend checking with your insurance provider before requesting a refund to an FSA card. Unlike HSA, FSA funds must be used during a defined time period. For some insurance plans, your funds will be forfeited if you request a refund.
